My name is Harold Joseph and being one of the recipients was such a great privilege and staying at the HOME was an unforgettable memory. I’ve learned a lot and these experiences helped me through ups and downs.

In 2014, I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering. In the same year, I’ve also passed my licensure exam and obtained my license. I’ve worked for the government in Department of Public Works and Highways for 5 years.
